No matter how hard you train you cannot out train a bad diet. Your overall calories and macronutrients (protein, carbs and fat) all play key roles in you making progress. With my tailored meal plan you will receive everything you need to ensure your diet is structured to perfectly compliment your training and help you to meet your goals in as little time as possible. My plans are designed to be completely bespoke to you with 7 full days’ worth of meals tailored towards your specific calorie, protein, carbs and fat requirements with explanations included and specific detail of clear breakdowns of all caloric and macronutrient content for each individual meal, with daily totals shown. Also you’ll have total flexibility on any specific foods that you would like included or omitted, if for example you have any allergies or follow a vegan diet.
